Yes! Please do. Why? Because only if we let them make this country the worst place to live in the world will their corrupt idiotic ideology be exposed for what it truly is.

  • It simple isn’t enough that people are doubting the war. Why should they? Is isn’t like we were lied to.
  • It isn’t enough the poster boy for rah-rah America was killed by his own butt-buddies marines.
  • People are up in arms about a sniper video on CNN, well, war sucks, and it sucks to have your Wal*Mart trip interrupted by war. Oh wait, we are at war, did you forget?
  • You get what you asked for. You want a nation full of hate? You voted away your jobs? You voted for war? Good, thank you, now cry at your sons’ graves and vote again. Vote! Vote! Until all your kids are dead.
  • Even your own people are wondering: “Somehow our elected leaders were subverting international law and humanity by setting up secret prisons around the world, secretly kidnapping people, secretly holding them indefinitely, secretly not charging them with anything, secretly torturing them.” Hmm. It goes on and on.
  • Listen to Lou Dobbs, he makes some good points.

I don’t need to go much more into this. It is real. And I love it! I love saying “I told you so!” Please, please, please keep the status quo, because it will be cool to see just how bad this can get. I want every one of you to have low paying jobs, no healthcare, dead children, mountains of debt, no education, and then maybe only then, will you realize you sold your soul, you sold your country to warmongers who helped bring Asian sweatshop living standards to the heartland.

Take a listen to today’s The Brian Lehrer Show (podcast):

Back to the Future, Mark Crispin Miller, professor of media studies at New York University and author, Fooled Again (Basic Books 2005) accuses George Bush of electoral fraud in Ohio

And if that is not enough, check out his blog.

Not bothered yet? How about the proof that the voting machines are not secure?

Be prepared to, at the least, question what that smell is. It is America rotting at the core. Just get back in your war mobile and drive up to you chemical lawn, eat your hyper processed vitamin free food, and ignore it all.

Anti-IsraelIn another outstanding article, which makes the Economist worth the hefty subscription price, there is an analysis on the difference causes for the rift in support for Israel between America and Europe. While going through historical detail on the basis of left vs. right politics and how both have changed in all three locations cause realignment over time, there is an interesting position posited:

Some Americans blame rising anti-Semitism in Europe, which they also attribute in part to its growing Muslim population. But there is a difference between being anti-Semitic and being anti-Israel. And in any case, it is not obvious that anti-Semitism is a big factor. In central Europe, for example, there seems to be both greater anti-Semitism and more support for Israel. And some polls suggest that more Americans think Jews have too much influence in their country than do Europeans.

I used to think you could be anti-Israel and not antisemetic. But in seeing how Jewish Israel is my mind was changed. I do not see distinction between the two concepts or states of being. If there were no Israel there would be more Jews living in other nations and I wonder how that would change the sentiment of the local populations towards Jews. The fact is Europe is antisemetic. Europeans invented the concept. I am certain in stating that there are a large number of Europeans who were glad to see Jews go - and by go I mean killed, expelled, and “willingly” emigrate to America and Israel.

I tend not to be a moral relativist and thereby I view war, death and destruction, and aggression as morally reprehensible not matter who is involved. However, Europe has very little moral ground upon which to stand and wag a finger at Israel. I do not need to list the actions by nation and century, we all know the history. However, even if you can dismiss this, you have to wonder what Europe will do when it is 60% Muslim (I would relish the chance to see the look on Ferdinand & Isabella’s face) or how Germany would react if France started kidnapping citizens and lobbing missiles across the border.

If you want to see how this is manifested in a modern European psyche, observe how suspicious England still is of France and Germany or of the rest of continental Europe as a whole. If, still, you wish to dismiss my argument, then imagine a situation where France, oh wait, France is a bad example, so let me suggest Germany. What might happen if Switzerland were moderately hostile and Austria and Poland called for your destruction while funding an army in Denmark to “snipe” at your citizens with missiles? Do I need to continue this thought experiment?

I was once told, by a wise man, that transference is the bane of human existance. It prevents us for judging people and situations for what they really are, or are not. This is the concern with anti-Zionism. Is it actually antisemitism transferred to the State of Israel from the People of Israel? There is no simple answer to this question. I am certain some people use this transference as an excuse to mask their hatred of Jews, however, at the same time I know Jews who are deeply troubled by the actions of the State of Israel and care deeply for the People of Israel. In fact they deride the State’s actions precisely because they are so concerned with the People. If you want more proof of this check out my long running letter battle in AdBusters or the writings of Tikkun.

While I do see both sides of this issue. I come to two conclusions: Poison the water and you should have killed them all in 48.

In front of Twilo maybe 8 years ago, maybe longer, I was berated by Sean B. and George M. because I was taking a stance about sending garment production to Asia. I maintained that it was fundamentally un-American to allow your neighbors to loose their jobs so that you could have the perception of cheaper garments. They were so caught up in the PC notion that all people are equal, blah blah blah, that they couldn’t see the point. Here are the bullet points:

  1. we have not seen a dramatic decrease in the costs of good and services in the country
  2. increases in productivity and ease of shipment has allowed production of goods overseas to appear seamless to us
  3. goods produced overseas are cheeper, but Levi’s are going up in price
  4. profits are astonishing for modern corporations, stockholders have been forcing company to go abroad to increase stock values
  5. healthcare is seen as something that can be shuffled off to the government
  6. war on the middle class: people are poorer and poorer every year
  7. shipping goods around the world is killing us through emissions
  8. oil prices, or a transit shock will cause an economic disaster

And look-e-here: American Apparel has built a franchise on the notion. Whole Foods is another example. As much as you hate them, Starbucks is a semi-good corporate citizen.

This is only moderately effecting me, I have a very good job with amazing benefits, live in a degree of ease and wealth that my great-grandparents would have never imagined. But, this is about our neighbors, our countrymen, our planet.

Why have we lost our way? Why don’t we care about our neighbors? This labor day ponder when you lost your way. When a cheap piece of plastic shit from China suddenly became more important than a healthy thriving society.

More importantly, knowing a bit about Jewish and Christian thought I state here and now: obsession with the material and failure to live a balanced life with a concentration on ethics and community are the exact opposite of what we are taught. Stated more clearly: your 1000$ handbag is the devil.

I will add sources to this shortly, I have an errand to run.

In a speech given by one of most maligned presidents since Andrew Jackson:

And I’m asking you for your good and for your nation’s security to take no unnecessary trips, to use carpools or public transportation whenever you can, to park your car one extra day per week, to obey the speed limit, and to set your thermostats to save fuel. Every act of energy conservation like this is more than just common sense — I tell you it is an act of patriotism.

Where is this kind of leadership today?

The speech is really about a crisis in confidence in America brought about by the energy crisis, among other problems of the times - almost 30 years ago. But if you read it now, which I encourage you to do, you will see we have moved little in 28 years. In those 28 years, we have had Republicans as presidents for all but 8.

But worse, still, is the apparent transposition of a crisis of confidence to confidence in nothing. We believe in ourselves now more than ever, but it rings hollow.

I have stated it before as thus: the biggest mistake a man can make is to overestimate his worth.

shirtA known anti-war advocate was waiting to get on his flight at JFK wearing a t-shirt saying, in Arabic, “We will not be silent.” It shows the craziness, ignorance, and the great lengths our government is taking to make our skies safe. But, in fairness, it seems like the TSA just yawned at him, while the drama was caused by Jet Blue at the behest of fellow travelers.

Mr Jarrar later told a New York radio station: “I grew up and spent all my life living under authoritarian regimes and I know that these things happen.
“But I’m shocked that they happened to me here, in the US.”

I can speak to this, slightly, as I have been questioned about my Hebrew books by people sitting near me on busses, in the airport, and at work. I politely explain that it is Hebrew and there is no fear of me blowing something up. I am always amazed at how uneducated people are.

Can you feel the upward swing towards the Thermidorian Reaction? I cannot! I view this as still the beginning; our jingoistic tendencies are only starting to ramp up and they are, as predicted, making it impossible to be taken seriously abroad.

When rednecks and Republicans alike barked “What do we care what other countries think of us?” over the past 5 or 6 years I wondered what the denouement would be. Perhaps we are tasting the first bit of it? 3$/gal gas.

No matter how much I/we might distrust and dislike Arabs, we have to keep to the beliefs that founded this nation: people are equal, or as equal as we can make them, and the government is meant to be mistrusted (and should be).

bio dieselListening to NPR this morning there was a fun report on the topic of biodiesel. The more and more I read about the subject, the more I think this just might be it!

Hand-painted biodiesel fuel tanks at Carl’s Corner. “We want to create an alternate fuel city. Wind power, diesel power, solar power, soybeans, sunflower seeds, mustard seeds — all kinds of alternate fuels,” Cornelius says. “We’re thinking about family farms with this BioWillie.” The Kitchen Sisters

I recall hearing about biodiesel about 10 years ago at the Commonground Fair, in Maine and at the time I wondered if it would really take off and be a viable fuel alternative.

It doesn’t take much to connect the dots: take trash oils, made from American grown crops, filter them, “cook” the results, pour into your slightly modified diesel motor, save on emissions, save on the waste chain, unburdened yourself from the grip of Big Oil, and the best part: no longer give your hard earned cash to islamofascist regimes.

Ok, so you need a bit more explanation! Biodiesel can start with all kinds of input products, mostly vegetable oils derived from corn or soybeans. American produces a heck of a lot of both. If we stop here, we have already improved the situation by creating a more stable market for American farm products and no longer handing billions of dollars to our Arab “friends” (allowing us to lay waste to them once and for all). We could stop here, but why? If you read a bit more about the nature of biodiesel, it is pretty clean when compared to fuels based upon petroleum.

You have to be dead to not recall the pain and suffering caused by the last two presidential elections. It was simply embarrassing to have the supposed standard bearer of democracy show that it has the same problems as the Democratic Republic of Congo. We have continued to allow bug business and wealthy power brokers take control of America. There is no need to detail the relationships between Republican party officials and Diebold, you can google the topic and make up your own mind. The mandate of congress to reform the voting system put a contract in Diebold’s lap. I am certain they are thankful. Time and time again the machines they are supplying us, yes us, the citizens of USA, have failed to perform as expected.

The Diebold electronic voting machines nationwide have been criticized by voter groups and computer scientists who say they are vulnerable to fraud. Diebold has defended the machines, saying they are secure when elections officials follow proper procedures.

The only next logical conclusion is for us, again the people of the USA, to ask the UN for election monitors. How else can we expect super partisan Secretaries of State to oversee the counting of votes in a fair and honest manner? I could not imagine making the decision to loose votes to aide my party. How un-American and you get? But then again we are just a declining, soon to be cut-rate, nation. I just shake my head and say, “This is going to be interesting, to see how it all turns out.”

So if anyone knows who I call to ask for monitors in my home town, I will gladly make the call.

I woke up this morning to an empty house, all boxed up! Woke up this morning, woke up this morning, woke up this morning, and wanted to be the chosen one, I just cant help my self…

Woke up this morning…

Anyhow…I am driving to work this fine sunny morning, windows down, music CRANKED, being my jersey boy self - vibrating from caffeine induced shakes, wondering if indeed I have what it takes to be a gangster and thinking that the results are kind of obvious. If I kept myself from getting laid, didn’t eat, and waited for me to crash from all this legal speed I’d kill my own mother is she got in my way and some how I could get rid of the body before the morning. Then it occurred to me I was having a somewhat psychotic episode induced by television! FUCK YEAH! I am part of my useless generation. Oh thank god I thought I was special.

BANG some bleached blonde bitch is yelling at my from the drivers seat of a HUGE purple BMW and I look at her kind of stunned thinking one of the most powerful parts of being a gangster is knowing you have the power but never using it until you HAVE to. Judicious use of power, I think - if I had a gun AND (this is VERY important!) could get away with shooting the bleached blonde ***** in the middle of interstate 95, I would. I would. Psychotic. Fuck. I fail. This isn’t judicious use of power, not at all! So I roll down my window asked her, smiling, what it your problem? It seems that I have cut her off. I am not sure how, but I really don’t care. I guess in the wisdom of the CRACK addicted civil engineers who have designed the roads in NJ the off ramp and the on ramp for this exit cross each other! Now imagine this scene, please, you have a bleach blonde ***** in a purple 7xx BMW merging into each other at about 65 mph. She is SCREAMING FOR MY TO MOVE and honking profusely. I turn the music up and gun it - knowing she isn’t paying attention. She hit a truck, a truck full of shit - Mr. John full service portable toilet needs. BANG bye bye BMW. I exit. Music blasting. No gun. Retribution was handed down with you any help from Nathan.

On the list of characteristics needed? Suck I don’t like American cars and I don’t dress well, I have far too few vowels in my name, and fuck it all if I haven’t heard it before that I am part of the chosen people. Maybe I am the chosen one? I don’t need a gun. Don’t need one!

I walk into the elevator and there is the CEO. He says hello pretending like these people do to know who I am, and the thoughts come back, the reemerge. What does a gangster do for a job? The IRS must wonder what your trade is.

Your papa never told you about right and wrong…woke up this morning, had a blue moon in my eyes

*shiver* the caffeine kicks back in and I think. I wonder if he jerks off in that expensive car he drives? I know I would. Who wouldn’t? You think those middle aged rich fucks who drive Ferrari’s never think about what it would feel like to be going 200 mph down the parkway and beating a hard on into submission? Yeah psychotic. Psychosis and sex what a combo, it always seems to come out.

The elevator closes and opens in my office. I sit down at my desk, looking over NJ, and think, these people will never know how fucking strange I really am. No idea. Ever. And if I told them they would not believe me.
